I Love You Truly (Guitar)
Written by Carrie Jacobs-Bond and published in 1901. I first became aware of this song via the movie The Song (2014) where the song was performed by Jill Paquette. That's my favorite recording of this song, but this is my effort on solo guitar. Enjoy.

This is a great guitar piece written by the late great, Chet Atkins, and Randy Goodrum. Chet recorded it with Tommy Emmanuel for their 1997 album titled "The Day Fingerpickers Took Over the World".

Excellent! You pretty much follow the sheet music (piano) chords. Your emphasis on the bass note (piano left hand) while plucking the rest of the chord (piano right hand) is they way I was taught to play these beautiful chords on guitar. You explain this technique very well. I was stymied trying to find the right voicing for the sheet music chords. You solved it all beautifully. Thank You!
